What is Phoever known for?
Phoever is a family-owned Vietnamese restaurant and coffee bar in Columbia Heights, MN. We are known for slow-simmered phở, spicy bún bò Huế, crispy bánh mì, shaken beef, and a full bar of Vietnamese coffee, boba milk tea and smoothies.
What kind of food do you serve?
Authentic Vietnamese cooking plus a few Thai favorites. That means phở and other noodle soups, rice platters, vermicelli bowls, bánh mì sandwiches, fresh spring rolls, egg rolls, dumplings, fried rice, and Pad Thai and curries. See the full menu with prices.
Do you offer delivery or takeout?
Yes. You can order online for pickup or delivery any time, even while we are closed, and pick it up at the counter at 4022 Central Ave NE. Dine-in is open too. Order online.
Where are you located, and is there parking?
We are at 4022 Central Ave NE in the heart of Columbia Heights, directly across from the Columbia Heights Transit Center. There is free street parking on Central Avenue and the side streets, plus a free public parking ramp directly behind the building (enter from 40th Avenue NE). See visit, hours and parking.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Columbia Heights and the surrounding Northeast metro, including Northeast Minneapolis, Fridley, St. Anthony, New Brighton and Hilltop. See all areas we serve.
Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes. We make a Veggie Phở, a tofu bánh mì, tofu Pad Thai and curries, Cajun tofu and vegetable fried rice and stir fry. Ask us and we are happy to point you to the vegetarian dishes.
Do you have a coffee and boba bar?
We do. Our Vietnamese coffee is slow-brewed the traditional way — try the salted coffee or the coconut coffee. We also make boba milk teas, Thai tea, fruit smoothies and refreshing iced teas, all made to order.
Do you cater?
Yes. We cater group orders of phở, bánh mì, rice platters, spring rolls and drinks for offices, parties and events. Tell us your headcount and date on the catering page and we will put together a spread.
What are your hours?
We are open Tuesday to Thursday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM, and Sunday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We are closed on Mondays. See visit and hours.
