Shaken beef (bò lúc lắc)

Bò Lúc Lắc, or shaken beef, is tender cubes of beef seared hot and fast with onion and bell pepper, then served over crispy pan-fried egg noodles. The name comes from the shaking of the wok.

It is a great pick if you want something savory and satisfying that is not a noodle soup. We also make a Vietnamese-style beef pasta version with macaroni.
